SubAuto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the application for your personal or authorized business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that text, subtitles, audio, video, voices, images, and other materials you submit to SubAuto are lawful and that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to use them.
You retain ownership of content that you submit to SubAuto, except for rights that you separately grant to SubAuto or third-party services as necessary to provide the requested features.
You must not upload or process content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties.
SubAuto may provide AI voice generation, voice cloning, dubbing, text-to-speech, subtitle processing, or related AI features.
You may only clone or generate a voice when you have the necessary authorization, consent, or other lawful basis to do so.
You must not use SubAuto to:
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of AI-generated or cloned voices complies with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party voice provider.
AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or unintended results.
SubAuto does not guarantee that AI-generated subtitles, translations, transcriptions, voices, or other output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, distributing, or otherwise using it.
SubAuto may offer Credits, tokens, or other usage units through in-app purchases or other supported payment methods.
Credits are digital usage units that may be used to access designated SubAuto features. They do not represent cash, stored monetary value, securities, or ownership in SubAuto.

Where purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play, payment and transaction processing are handled by the applicable platform and are also subject to that platform's terms and policies.
Except where required by applicable law or the applicable platform's policies, completed digital purchases are not refundable by SubAuto.
SubAuto may integrate third-party AI, voice, cloud, payment, analytics, storage, or infrastructure services.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability requirements, and usage restrictions.
SubAuto does not control and cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, security, or continued operation of third-party services.
Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or modify their terms independently of SubAuto.
You must not use SubAuto for:
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe that an account or use of SubAuto violates these Terms or creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
SubAuto, including its software, interface, branding, logos, documentation, designs, and proprietary technology, is owned by SubAuto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of SubAuto or its intellectual property to you.
SubAuto is provided on an ongoing-development basis. Features, models, providers, pricing, Credits, usage limits, and supported platforms may change from time to time.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue particular features or services when reasonably necessary.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SubAuto is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
SubAuto does not guarantee that:
You are responsible for determining whether generated content is appropriate for your intended use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SubAuto and its developers, operators, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may stop using SubAuto at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to an account if there is a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, security concerns, or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Your use of SubAuto is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
You should review the Privacy Policy to understand how account information, uploaded content, device information, payment-related information, and other data may be processed.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SubAuto grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use SubAuto on devices that you own or control.

SubAuto may receive updates, upgrades, bug fixes, security improvements, new features, or changes to third-party integrations.
An update may be necessary to continue using certain features or services.
SubAuto may contain or rely upon third-party software, open-source components, AI models, APIs, SDKs, and services.
Those components may be subject to their own licenses and terms. Nothing in this EULA limits rights granted to you under applicable open-source licenses.
If you obtained SubAuto through the Apple App Store, your use of the application is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for SubAuto unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to SubAuto, including product liability, regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims, except where required by applicable law.
In the event of a failure of SubAuto to conform to an applicable warranty that cannot be excluded by law, you may notify Apple, and Apple may provide any applicable refund in accordance with Apple's policies.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce the applicable provisions of this EULA against you.
If you obtained SubAuto through Google Play, your use of the application is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
Purchases made through Google Play are processed according to Google's applicable billing and refund policies.
We may update these Terms when necessary.
When material changes are made, we may update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice where required.
Continued use of SubAuto after an update means that you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
